From Newcastle International Airport
There is a taxi stand outside the airport and you could take a taxi direct to Citygate or get the Tyne and Wear Metro from the platform within the concourse to Monument Metro station.
From Monument Metro you can either change to platform 4 and travel one stop to St James' Metro Station. Citygate is directly across the car park and over the road from the station.
Or, exit the station up the Blackett Street stairs, turn around and head along Blackett Street and past Waterstones, Fenwicks, Old Eldon Square Green, across the main road past Barclays Bank and Sainsbury's. Citygate is ahead on the left-hand side of the road – this is a five minute walk.
