Lucy Winskell
Lucy is a partner at Sintons LLP, a leading North East law firm.
She has gained extensive commercial experience from senior
non-executive appointments in public and private sector organisations in
this region, the UK and internationally.
She has a particular interest in the growth of small to medium sized
enterprises within the North East, in regeneration initiatives and in
public/private/voluntary and community sector partnerships.

Chris Sayers
Chris is BT Regional Director for the North East and
Director of BT Global Services UK Local Government Sector. He is
also Chairman of two joint venture companies between BT and local
authorities.
Chris sees his key strength as business development for large strategic
partnerships with government organisations – he has set up nine such
partnerships over the last 10 years.
He is passionately committed to the growth and success of the North East
and would like to use his experience to benefit his home region.
