The County Durham and Darlington Local Resilience Forum (LRF) Community Risk Register has been developed in accordance with chapter 4 of the guidance to part 1 of the Civil Contingencies Act 2004 – emergency preparedness. The LRF also used guidance from the Civil Contingencies Secretariat's Local Risk Assessment Guidance 2005 and Additional Guidance on the Local Risk Assessment 2005.
Consultation has also taken place with ourselves and other LRFs in the North East. The publication now at Version 2.0 updated in May 2006 is available via the related document links below.
