Appeal under paragraph 4 (1) of schedule 14 by Mr J L Robinson against the decsion of East Riding of Yorkshire Council not to make an order under section 53 (2) of the act to modify the definitive map and statement to delete part of Paull Footpath 3 at Oxgoddes Farm, Paull, near Hull, East Yorkshire was dismissed.
